Intellectual Property
The Service Provider prohibits "unauthorized copying, modification" and derivative works. All trademarks and intellectual property remain with Key Wind.
Service Modifications
The provider reserves the right to "modify the Application or charge for their services at any time and for any reason," with notification of charges.
Data & Security
Users bear responsibility for device security. The provider warns against jailbreaking/rooting devices, cautioning it could expose phones to "malware, viruses, malicious programs."
Internet Requirements
The application needs active internet connectivity. The provider cannot be held liable if the service underperforms due to poor connectivity or exhausted data allowances.
User Responsibility
Users accept charges from mobile providers for data usage. Device battery maintenance and permission from bill payers are the user's responsibility.
Third-Party Information
The Service Provider relies on third parties for information and "accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect" from relying on application functionality.
Updates & Termination
Users must accept application updates to continue use. The provider may "cease providing the application and may terminate its use at any time without providing termination notice."
